Fees
Self-Pay Care
We believe cost should never be a barrier to care. Healing Transition Behavioral Health LLC is a private-pay practice at this time; however, we can provide detailed receipts (superbills) that you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement, depending on your plan. Session fees are discussed openly before you begin so you know exactly what to expect, with no surprise charges.
Standard session rate
Insurance Billing
To support access to services, we offer a limited number of sliding-scale openings based on income and financial need. During your initial consultation, we will review your situation together and explore reduced-rate options when available. We also accept payment by major credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and many employer wellness stipends. Payment is typically collected at the time of service, and we will always review fees in advance so you can plan with confidence.

Housing Support
Transitional housing resources may be supported through a combination of client contributions, community partnerships, and referrals to local, state, or nonprofit programs in North Carolina. Some programs offer rent assistance, utilities support, or short-term housing stipends tied to treatment participation or recovery goals. We will work alongside you to identify potential funding sources, clarify eligibility, and connect you with agencies that can help offset housing-related costs while you focus on your mental health and stability.
